DREAMWORLD week 2

Week 2 Jungle - Castle

Dream Mingle

[ ...Come Tuesday evening, as people go and settle into sleep, once again the light of the waking fades to give way to the fantastical, mysterious world of the dreaming. As always, the area is haunting, surrounded by the foliage accompanying a jungle, but where you are now seems to be in a different portion before... or perhaps it is because some-place new has manifested. Either way, in front of you is a pathway of sorts leading out of the jungle to a short bridge that appears to lead into a castle. The depths cannot be viewed from the bridge or the jungle, as they are masked by the fog that is ever-present in the dream-world.

You have a feeling it'd be a bad idea if you fell down there, though.

Anyway.

As you proceed upwards the steps of the bridge, you cautiously enter into the castle, which has its large doors already wide open for your pleasure. Even from where you're standing you can see the immaculate tile floor within. Clearly something... or someone is calling you to enter. If you venture forth, you see a myriad of paintings decked along the walls, with paintings of women who are dressed in black. Judging by the pointy hats they wear, they appear to be depicting witches. You get the feeling that they may be looking straight at you...and maybe that's for good reason. For, as soon as you move, their eyes follow your movements. You also are all free to notice wands having been scattered on the floor for you all to mess with.

Underneath each paintings are indentations, in the walls, shaped like dolls' body parts. And as you step forward, suddenly words in actual, literal fiery lettering light up before the paintings with the words:

Free them.

... Not that you actually can. This also seems to be the only floor you're able to walk around upon, but maybe that can be considered a relief... considering the oddity of this location thus far. Have fun mingling. ]
